Our commitment
Independent Studio Services is committed to making issprops.com usable by as many people as possible, regardless of how they browse the web — including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, speech recognition or alternative input devices.
Conformance status
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This site is partially conformant: most of the standard is met, and the exceptions are listed below.
We state “partially conformant” deliberately. Parts of this site draw on third-party services whose output we do not fully control, and we would rather be accurate than claim more than we can evidence.
What we have done
- Restored visible keyboard focus indicators across the whole site.
- Made every interactive control reachable and operable by keyboard, including the location cards on the contact page and the category tiles.
- Added a “skip to main content” link and proper page titles.
- Given every image a text alternative, or marked it decorative where that is the honest description.
- Adjusted text and interface colours so they meet the required contrast, and stopped using colour alone to signal links.
- Added pause controls to background video and stopped carousels from advancing with no way to halt them.
- Made the account agreement form completable without a mouse, including a typed alternative to the drawn signature, and made its error messages announce properly.
- Made the whole site honour the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following and are working on them:
- Heading structure. On some pages headings are used for visual emphasis rather than to describe document structure, which makes navigating by headings less useful than it should be.
- Payment fields. The card fields on the account agreement form are supplied by our payment provider inside secure frames. We label them as far as that boundary allows, but their internal behaviour is not ours to change.
- Older documents. Some PDFs published before this work began are not fully tagged for screen readers. If you need one in an accessible format, contact us and we will provide it.
- Embedded video. Third-party video players on the site do not always expose captions or controls consistently.

If we do not resolve it
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate. In the United States, complaints about website accessibility can be made to the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. In the European Union, each member state designates its own enforcement body under the European Accessibility Act.
How this was assessed
This site was reviewed by a combination of automated testing, manual keyboard-only testing and screen reader testing, evaluated against WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
